I could swear I've seen the Def/Spdef down from shield breaks disappear on that action several times, but perhaps I'm spacing out and missing other boosts every time. To clarify when I say enemy mon in this example I'm saying the Raid-mon is removing its own negative stat changes.

For what it's worth: while the HP gates on barriers are definitely a pain, you can still deal significant damage through the shields outside of those HP gates. On more frail mons (and/or usually with good human teamwork) you can even sometimes do enough to drop a 5-star to its 2nd shield gate...

    Pokémon Oranguru

To be specific, because it's confusing for some: -PsyTerrain's priority-negating effect is a "shield" on grounded pokemon, not a "can't use it". A Dragonite and Arcanine can both click Extremespeed but Dragonite's will fail because it's targeting a grounded pokemon in the terrain. (As an aside...

Evidently the Whimsicott didn't have Prankster, or it would have failed. No other part of that statement would lead towards Leech Seed having no effect; Poison Touch has 0 interaction with it and Leech Seed works on Poison types just fine.

Cart or sim? That shouldn't be happening. If you click All-out Pummeling you shouldn't even see the focus charging.

Attacking Z-moves never inherit any additional effects or priority from the base move. You are essentially just getting one-time access to a 5th move of a set power, phys/special, and type with regular priority, no effects, and (for all of the regular and some of the exclusive ones) doesn't make...

You essentially release the first Zygarde and get a brand-new Zygarde whenever you disassemble and reassemble a Aura Break Zygarde.

    Pokémon Silvally

May or may not matter much, but Null actually has quite a shortened movepool compared to Silvally. Misses out on basically any Special moves, so no Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Tbolt, Shadow Ball, Draco Meteor, Surf, or Flash Cannon. Also misses on Parting Shot as well as Crunch and any Fang moves.

    Pokémon Xurkitree

Doesn't have nearly the coverage as any of those, isn't exactly sturdy, and is almost required to run Scarf or have setup into Z-somethingboostingspeed. It's far from Ubers material. Running Zap Cannon for the sole purpose of Z-ing it also isn't wise since you now limit your coverage even more...

Pollen Puff isn't classified as a status move so it's not affected by Taunt.

The attack calls on a specific-BP version of the Z-move and is not influenced by the attack's actual end BP. As an arbitrary example, Beat Up always calls a 100 BP Black Hole Eclipse no matter how many un-fainted Pokemon are on the user's team.

    Pokémon Minior

Power Gem is better anyways because Stone Edge, even with investment, basically does not get any OHKO/2HKOs that uninvested (and even minus natured) Power Gem doesn't. The only reason you'd pick Rock Slide over either is the flinch. Speaking for the Shell Smash set, anyways. See post #8.

Z-attack moves never, ever, ever, ever inherit properties from the base move. All Z-attacks are +0 priority with no additional effects. The only variable, ever, is physical/special and the BP.

To answer+expand on your question, Heart Scale remembering now lets you learn any move in the target pokemon's level up list, period. Even if it's a higher level. Not exactly relevant for your specific example because Discharge is only on Charjabug, but worth noting. Although what you can...

It can swap between 10 and 50, probably from the Zygarde-maker machine interface, maybe from the Zygarde cube. Unsure as I haven't personally hit that point. 100 is only possible mid-battle via the effects of Power Construct. Though, on that note, can 10/50 use Core Enforcer or is it a dead...

Might want someone to cross-confirm but this is my understanding. All Zygarde from pre-gen7, and those created in gen7 with less than 100 cells (in other words, all with Aura Break) can be considered "loose" Zygarde. All loose Zygarde can be disassembled into cells (completely destroying the...
