    I think so. GTS still works, but it is still just as hard to get it. There is an AR cloning code. Unfortunatly, I can't really give it to you, since I don't have it. Search it up on google as "Catching Darkrai/Shaymin/Arceus" and one of the choices should be a forum about AR codes for D/P...

    Can you run some calcs on attacks against Shaymin coming from those 2HKOed or more? And can you run some clacs for HP [Ice] ? I think Ice helps more than fire, so throw in some calcs using others moves against those that would be taking Fire. Just my few cents.
