gmt+1 here, the only times I could realistically do either of those days is 6pm-11pm my time. I dunno if that works for you?

That works for me! That should be like, 12 pm to 5 pm my time? Anywhere in that zone works for me. My preference is Wednesday, but I can be flexible.
