I can play every day from from about 12am to 6pm, I can also play later at like 11pm onwards. As for a day, would sometime during the weekend within the times provided work? gmt +3 here

Is that 12am to 6pm -4 or your time? If its -4 I work the night shift so 9am-12pm is ideal for me but I'm flexible. Wednesday-Thursday would be preferred I'm generally busy on weekends but lmk what's best for you. I can try and work around it

Its in my timezone, which means that something like 6pm my time would line up with your availability, so how about 6pm my time (gmt +3) on thursday?
