Hey, my time zone is exactly two hours apart from yours (4 PM for you is 6PM for me). i'd like to battle tomorrow, but i don't know if july tier changes are applied in round 2 (gliscor/serp/gastro being banned, and amoonguss/mamo/mega dia being legal)
