Isn't 1pm my time 6am for you? Anyway, anytime between 5pm-10pm (10am-3pm for you) can work. You can try finding me in the OU room I'm a mod there so it's easier but it'll still be better if you can give a specific time. Also, is there any way you can play on a weekday within that timespan?

weekday shouldn't be possible for me since I've got school from 8 am till 4 pm, 10am-3pm sounds perfect if it's weekend, you can also give the specific time as long as its in between that time
