Same for Eviolite, Stage 1 mons with 3-evolutions yet only using 1 slot (Porygon using a Stage 2 like Chansey for example) would be able to use eviolite, as it still practically can evolve

that was eevee's vision: if they're not the original, unchanged mon, they should not receive the boosts, same for eviolite
after all, just a bad excuse to prevent a lot of pokemon from breaking the meta

Well, Any stage 1 will get access to light ball then, Like Ferroseed/Porygon

As for Eviolite, Ferroseed/Porygon-->Chansey though will get the boost

basically, no pokemon but pikachu (without cross-evolving at all: it has to be the original gf made pikachu) gets benefits from light ball, as cross-evos from pikachu ARE NOT pikachu, same for thick club etc

same for eviolite, even a stage 1 into a stage 2 that has a Stage 3. they're "cross-evolved" (= fully evolved here)

So Cross-Evolutions are count as fully evolutions like in fusion evolutions

And only non-crossed pikachu get access to light ball?
Well what I mean is, What gives light ball is pikachu's evolutionary line, and if someone uses it it will be logical for it to work
