I was meant to battle someone called dalleran but he hasnt been on or replied to my message so i dont really know what to do

i think i should be availbe at your 2pm. which should be around 9am for me.
you might want to check if your 2pm = my 9am.
Im at +11 gmt in sydney and im terrible at gmt

yeah i checked and that is correct. Actually, it'll probably be around 2:30pm if that's ok, because I have to come back home
