Now that I'm free this weekend, I got this ready reeeal quick! Note the thing about this set is that its trying to cover the large amount of "DD Dragonite that aren't defensive, Espeed, or Scale Shot", so that's why the slashes might seem a bit odd.

The first bullet sorta makes it sound like Rillaboom needs Tera to beat Basculegion, when I think you're trying to get at Rillaboom being really hard to take down if it has Tera on its side. That's... honestly all I got LOL, QC Approved 1/1 otherwise, you can call GP when you make that tiny fix!

Finally got this beast ready for a QC check! I made a lot of changes based off of some of the successful Raging Bolt stuff from the past two months and my own experiences. However... I might need some more help with the EV benchmarks, frankly its really easy to get out of control for Raging...
