To be fair; Charizard's probably floating from pre-Dynamax. Pre-Max Charizard was in the Top 10; now it's 35th.

Also; keep in mind that on top of the Gengar/Komoo-o bans; there's the Dynamax ban as well. That's quite the significant shakeup. Also I assume we have a similar case with any rises to OU as with Dynamax last round, they won't actually apply until Round 4.

To add to this; the HP boost of Dynamax generally helped shore up Intellion's garbage defenses enough that instead of getting KO'ed by any solid hit; it would usually be knocked into Torrent range. And Torrent; STAB; Rain boosted Max Geyser spam really hurt.
