My first WSC entry. I mixed Palkia with Duskull and used Gengar's eyes.

I voted for locopoke's. Purely because that lapras is pure genius.

It's not the best, but it's the best I can do. Amateur Artist + Mouse = Ugly picture. Oh yeah, I'm requesting a Water Rampardos.

I love the colors for the shinys, not so much for the normal one. The pink is too close to beige. I almost mistook it for a brown. The head imo is a little too big, and is un-proportional to the rest of the body.

I just think that your shiny colors are too awkward for a strong water pokemon. Perhaps making the stripes and antenna end a red and the skin color a darker blue would work better. Just my opinion though. :)
