Slowking can’t be found in Kanto. The King’s Rock can only be found in the Sevii Islands, which is not part of Kanto, and Slowking itself is completely unavailable in Let’s Go.

I don't see how any of that means it's native to Johto. We probably don't know where Slowpoke is native to in the first place. The fact that we first saw it in Kanto doesn't mean anything.

its not supposed to be a offensive mon its a defensive mon and 90/90/125 bulk is amazing, itll be good.
